Install the plugin
Download it, then add it under your assistant's plugins. One install carries the connector and the five skills together, so nothing has to be installed separately afterwards.
- 02
Connect it and sign in
Open the plugin, find the connector inside it, and connect. There is no URL to paste: the plugin brought it with it.
Signing in creates your account — there is no separate sign-up and no invitation.
The first time it reads your brain, your assistant asks permission. Choose Always allow and it stops asking.
- 03
Ask your assistant to set it up
set up my KNET BrainIt asks which mail and meeting-notes sources you have, shows you what it would capture before writing anything, and offers to keep it up to date on a schedule.
No plugins in your client?
Add this connector URL by hand instead. Copy it before opening the settings dialog, which will cover this page.
The skills are then optional: the scheduled jobs fetch what they need over the connector, and ordinary conversation is a little less likely to reach for the brain on its own.

- Who runs it
- KNET Brain is a KnowledgeNet.ai product.
- Security
- KnowledgeNet.ai maintains a SOC 2 Type II report.
- It is available on request, under NDA.
- What it can read
- Only the sources connected to it, and only through the assistant's own connectors.
- This service never receives a mailbox password and cannot reach anything that has not been connected to it.
- What it stores
- The pages it writes, and the material it was given to write them from.
- Each person's brain is private to their own account.
- Getting it back, or deleted
- Everything can be exported at any time.
- Ask us to delete the account, and its brain, pages and sources go with it.
- Where this stands
- A private beta. There is no published privacy policy or retention schedule yet, and this page will say so until there is.
What you need
- A paid plan on your assistant, if the recurring capture is to run on its own. Free plans cannot schedule work.
- A mail source, a meeting-notes source, or both. A document store counts when your meeting notes are saved into it as documents.
- New accounts start on a trial. When its writes run out, capture pauses; reading, searching and exporting keep working.
